What you’ll do


*Work with our marketing team to create a social media strategy that aligns with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns


*Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in our industry


*Manage our social media presence (e.g.. blog, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, instagram), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.


*Stay current with social media trends and tools; attend networking and educational events, read blogs, and listen to podcasts


*Create timely and engaging content optimized for both the platform and our intended audience


*Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities


*Continue to refine and define our social marketing process


*Work with team to create a solid branding message that's reflected across our marketing materials, shared in social media, and embraced by employees


*Identify and develop opportunities and connections to be used as resources for public relations (print, online, speaking, consulting)


*Collaborate with copywriters to deliver press releases based on our achievements, new clients, client news and employee achievements


*Collaborate with our Marketing team, and internal design team to routinely hone and improve our marketing and brand presence


*Own our web and social media analytics, and drive updates accordingly



What you have


*Minimum four years of communications experience, with at least a year in digital


*Minimum four years experience in planning and project management


*Minimum four years experience in digital/social media campaign planning and execution (must provide examples and outcome)


*If your style is intelligence expressed with casual confidence


*Ability to travels 10%


*Minimum four years experience working in ‘fast moving’ digital industry


*Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


*Minimum four years experience with (and a deep understanding of) analytics

*Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results


*Track record of innovation within the world of communications, someone who takes initiative and ownership across a paid, earned, shared and owned (PESO) matrix


*Bachelor’s degree preferred, master’s studies a plus


*Excellent communication skills, including personal presentation, email, and telephone interaction


*Ability to cultivate a team environment


*Works best in a team environment, with proven abilities to deliver individually


*A knowledge of some SEO best practices is also helpful but not a requirement (we can teach)


*Strong budgetary planning competencies


*Experience in Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator


*Experience with Twitter and blog publishing clients, and social media analytics platforms


*Familiarity with digital brand leaders, online publications, blogs, and events
