Job Summary Handle Customer Software Issues & Inquiries escalated from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Staff regarding client environments or software interactions across multiple Murray, Utah product lines, including, but not limited to: * HDM, CDIS, Coding and Grouping, 360 Encompass * Identify, resolve, and document solutions to customer problems, software failures, and complex problems which require independent action to correct and/or prevent * Responsible for after hours/on-call support in 24/7 environment * Build, upgrade, and maintain all laboratory environments required by staff for software testing purposes * Analyze and recommend alternative solutions to meet customer needs * Train existing staff on pertinent issues relating to OS, Citrix, Networking, etc where necessary Basic Qualifications * Associate's Degree * Minimum 3 years database support/troubleshooting experience * Minimum 3 years Microsoft Windows Operating System experience * Minimum 3 years experience with MS SQL Server administration * Minimum 3 years experience with Citrix administration * Minimum 3 years experience with network administration Preferred Qualifications * Excellent verbal, written, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills * Excellent active listening and oral phone skills * Proven ability to maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to work independently as well as maintain a positive attitude in a team environment * Experience troubleshooting hardware * MCSA/MCSE Certification * Ability to write and implement SQL Scripts * DBA Certification * Proficiency troubleshooting TCP/IP Benefits Information: This position is a 3MHISposition and is therefore not a 3M benefited position.
