Job Summary
• Computer Assisted Edition (CAC) Analyst
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology
• Utilize code knowledge to determine symptom codes that would not be reported with other codes
• Code Operative Reports and Discharge Summaries for test cases
• Generate product demos for computer assisted coding
• Work with pilot/client sites to improve product
Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) and/or Certified Professional Coder (CPC)• Minimum 5 years hospital inpatient coding experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years hospital inpatient coding experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
