Title: Business Analyst - Consumer Health Care
Location: Arkansas-Bentonville
3M’s Consumer Health Care Division is seeking a Business Analyst.

Roles and Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
* Serve as a business analyst within the division formulating strategy based on market and customer data while working with the sale teams on reviews and category management opportunities.
* Division Business Analyst on the Walmart account. As part of this responsibility the employee will work directly with Walmart, and in conjunction with the 3M sales team, in order to meet the agreed upon metrics.
* Manage and assist with other division projects such as reporting, forecasting, etc.
* Identify and define significant market/account opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
* Provide input to the development of the annual sales operating plan.
* Communicate with managers, functional leaders, area/business leaders, and department heads. Will interact with external clients.
* Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, comply with corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards.
This position will be located at the 3M office in Bentonville, Arkansas. Relocation assistance is not available.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree from an accredited University.
* Minimum three (3) years sales and / or marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient with Microsoft™ Office Suite
* 3 - 5 Years analytical experience
* Key Account Sales Experience
* MBA
* Proficient with CBG systems and syndicated information management
