Title: Corporate IT Auditor
Location: SGP-Singapore
3M Corporate Audit department provides independent, objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve 3M's operations. It helps 3M accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

You will be part of the Asia Pacific Audit team reviewing IT security, service continuity and general controls over IT infrastructure as well as business applications in the Asia Pacific region, Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities include reviewing IT policies and procedures, appraising and verifying the effectiveness of IT/business process controls, as well as providing recommendations to management to improve internal controls and minimize business process risks. You will be working in a fast-learning environment, together with other team members specialized in finance, compliance or IT auditing. Also, you will interact with functions across the company and regions and be exposed to both IT and business operations.

* Degree in Business with major in IT or Computer Science
* At least 2 years’ experience in application process or IT General Controls Auditing
* Experience in ERP and project management. Auditing experience in SAP system is a preference.
* Certification in CISA or CISSP is an advantage
* Good interpersonal and written/ spoken communication skills.
* Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
* Travel in the APAC region is required.
