The position of Senior Compensation and Benefit Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following specific duties:
* Understand related government policy and regulations and be responsible for compensation and social benefit program administration;
* Be responsible for company supplemental benefit plan administration and optimization;
* Handle inquiry from employees regarding compensation and benefit programs and handle critical issues;
* Provide related compensation and benefit cost analysis report to management;
* Conduct market analysis on compensation and benefit program, and monitor market trends;
* Review and improve compensation and benefit administration process;
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above;
* 6 years experience in compensation and benefit administration related fields;
* Detailed and excellent communication skills;
* Good data analytical skills;
* Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;
* Advanced PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Related working experience in Multinational company is preferred;
* Good leadership skill is preferred.
