Title: National Sales Manager, Retail
Location: Russia
Responsibilities:

* Run and develop overall Sales organisation being responsible for the functional management and leadership of all the sales activities of the Retail business;
* Focusing on channels and customers define and implement the development strategy for the Consumer Retail business in Russia;
* Achieve total country specific financial targets with emphasis on sales, ROI, cost decrease, profit growth and product line objectives;
* Run and develop distribution network across the country, create and run the trade terms for distributors;
* Secure continuous acquisition of new clients in all sales channels, leading the team members by personal example;
* Closely cooperate with a Marketing team on developing sales & marketing plans for key accounts within the channel;
* Train and coach subordinates, including career counseling and people development, pursue professional development of team members;
* Report to Country Business Leader on activities and plan execution.

Requirements:

* Higher education;
* Min 7 years of commercial function experience and 3 years of experience in distribution development and key account management within an international FMCG company;
* Min 4 years experience in running people;
* Fluent English.
