The position of Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to the following specific duties:
* Select the suitable hiring channels, interview and assessment methods based on the specific position requirements;
* Conduct searching, screening, interviewing activities and recommend qualified candidates for assigned departments;
* Coordinate the candidates selection and hiring decision making process;
* Handle the new employee offer and on-board process;
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above;
* 4 years solid experience and expertise in corporate recruitment and selection work;
* Possess professional interviewing and recruiting skills;
* Good communication skills;
* Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;
* Good PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Science and Technology related education background is preferred;
* Related working experience in Multinational company is preferred.
