The position ofProfessional Services Manager- UNITEKwill be based in Dubai providing support to the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region.The incumbent will be responsbile for but not limited to perform the following specific duties:

Serve as the central point for all lecture and KOL activity in the region.

Working with the strategic plan, the markets, and the budget, the PS Manager will be responsible for identifying and scheduling the lectures, courses, society meetings and other customer meetings to take place within the region.

Work with the markets to identify and develop new influencers, maintains the contracts for current influencers based in their region, and manages the payments of travel and honorariums to influencers.

Development of the University Program in the region.

Driving the communication of courses both regionally and globally, including printed material, web calendars, social media, course evaluations and information to the 3M team.



Bachelors Degree preferrably in Dental Practice with knoweldge of clinical practice, product portfolio and procedures.

Understand products, technologies, protocol as well as international and local standards of dental care in order to deliver value to 3M customers.

Strong organization skills, ability to manage budgets and multiple calendars

Ability to communicate and influence at all levels and with doctors.Effectively and persuasively communicate ideas, concepts, benefits and solutions to an audience

Ability to create strategy and convert to tactics
