Who are we looking for?

3M Turkey is looking for a Sales Representative for 3M ESPE division in Healthcare Business for Samsun region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all sales activities for a wide range of top quality innovative 3M products and achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory.

What are your responsibilities?

* Implement the business strategies at his/her region.
* Introduce and sell 3M ESPE concept and products.
* Responsible to build successful relations with key accounts at his/her region
* Visit dentists in line with the route plans.
* Organize lectures/seminars/hands on workshops with profesional coordinator for strategic products products and follow up the results.
* Provide after sales technical support in problems occurring especially in application problems.
* Presents 3M ESPE product ranges in fairs, conferences, and exhibitions
* Constantly monitor competitor products, activities and periodically informs and reports to marketing.
* Follow up and evaluate the sampling activities, after sales services.
* Maintain and follow up the dental database on a regular basis.

What are the qualifications that we are looking for?

* University Degree
* At least 2 years sales experience for related products preferably at a multinational firm
* Good business management and negotiation skills
* Dynamic, innovative, self disciplined with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
* All applicants must be fluent in English, proficient in MS Office Package and no military obligation (for male candidates only).
