The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties:

Establishment and achievement of sales objectives for selected key accounts within assigned territory.

Conducts, demonstrates and trains internal/external customers on product applications as well as provides sales support services to customers.

Plans and manages time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities.

Maintains and communicates account and prospect information, maintains company resources, and sales support materials.

Exhibits leadership with accounts, prospects and peers. Accepts direction and assumes leadership as appropriate.

Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling, administrative and other skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die / Welding) or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Industrial Supplies and/or General Industry markets.
Knowledge and/or experience in tapes / adhesives / abrasive / chemical etc. will be an added advantage.

Self initiated, motivated, sales oriented and target driven.

Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
