The position ofSenior Marketing Executivewill be responsible for, but not limited to the following specific duties:

Conduct market survey for assigned products in related markets and analyze survey results;

Develop marketing strategy in assigned market/product area based on the survey results together with supervision;
*
Design and organize activities to improve sales effectiveness through sales meetings, product demonstrations and training programs, and develop promotional materials and guidelines and monitor the distribution;
*
Develop promotion plans, monitor the implementation and assess the result;
*
Handle inquiries of moderate scope and complexity pertaining to products, promotional programs and/or prices; Develop solutions for moderately complex issues;
*
Coordinate with supply chain function to avoid any logistics issues regarding the inventory, goods delivery, etc.;
*
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:

*
Bachelor's degree or above;
*
5 years related working experience in marketing function in multinational company in related industry;
*
Innovative, good analytical skills and problem solving skills;
*
Good coordination and communication skills;
*
Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;
*
Good PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

*
MBA is preferred;
*
Experience in project management is preferred;
*
Cross-functional working experience is preferred.
