Mobile Business Development Manager, Ad Technology

We are seeking a Mobile Business Development Manager for the Advertising Technology team. This individual will identify, evaluate and negotiate new partnerships to support Amazon's upcoming advertising initiatives. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help define and drive the next generation of Amazon's mobile advertising program. Responsibilities
* Identify mobile strategic partner prospects, negotiate deals, and manage relationships from start to finish
* Identify appropriate targeting for Amazon's advertising programs to reach our ideal customer base, and optimize campaigns to reach monetization and efficiency objectives
* Analyze potential partners to determine their strengths and capabilities
* Develop business case and framework for strategic partnering, addressing both partners'' and A9's needs and goals
* Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market intelligence to help guide the overall direction of the program
* Independently execute plans while working closely with key internal stakeholders
Requirements
* Track record of successful online advertising negotiations, with preference given to candidates who have previously bought online media to meet, or exceed, clearly defined customer acquisition and profitability goals
* Team player with strong persuasion skills, including the ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable in both a strategic and tactical role
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, small team environment
* Self-starter with strong financial analysis, modeling, and business skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
* At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the mobile and/or online advertising industry
