Overview: Position provides financial/operational analysis. Collects data and prepares analyses related to fiscal accounting, budget and reimbursement and financial feasibility studies. Position is focused on performing more complex analysis. To serve as the facility Financial Analyst II and to assist to the CFO, in the direction and coordination of accounting and financial reporting. Trains and mentors staff.

Special Skills: Must be an extremely accurate, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure. Must be able to prioritize and vary work schedule as needed to meet deadlines. Must have critical thinking skills and be able to interact with high to low level management.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field. Five years progressive experience in accounting and high-level spreadsheet experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Five years accounting experience in a healthcare setting. CPA
