Overview: Reporting to the VP HR, this position will work closely with the Corporate Organization Development and Abrazo's Human Resources Leaders, Senior Management and their teams to ensure the success of the company as the employer of choice and leader in Healthcare through the design and delivery of initiatives that align the talent, culture and performance with the organization's vision, mission, values and strategy. This position will create and oversee the delivery of organization development (OD), talent management initiatives, workforce planning, succession planning etc. This position will lead management and employee development programs, Change Management and Communication and Internal branding, and other organizational development efforts. This leadership role is responsible for engaging and retaining Abrazo's workforce. This position collaborates with the Corporate HR office in planning, implementing and evaluating tactics designed to decrease employee turnover, strengthen leadership practice and increase employee engagement with the organization and the customers/patients it serves.

Special Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding of organization development theory and practice, and organizational learning methodologies. Solid assessment and contracting skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly establish credibility and build relationships at all levels is a must. Experience in organizational design. Must have extensive organizational development experience and strong situational judgment to plan and accomplish the organization development goals.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in OD, leadership development, and change management. Experience to include: strategy definition, process improvement, culture or system change, leadership development and succession planning and communications, with experience leading high profile projects. 5 years minimum in a Management position.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Organization Development, Business, Human Resources or related field. Executive Coaching certification.
