Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readiness


• Minimum of 2 years consulting experience at a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Resources industry (Utilities, Oil Gas, Chemicals and Natural Resources)


• Minimum of 2 years of project and team management experience


• Bachelor's Degree 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in other related areas such as HR Talent Management, Learning Collaboration or Human Capital Organization Effectiveness


• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously


• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies


• Background in individual and/or organizational psychology


• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)


• Desire to work in an information systems environment


• 
  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
