Description
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise transformation, business strategy, and/or operating model experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role
- Master of Business Administration or the equivalent graduate degree
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing people
- Experience serving as the strategic architect for large transformational programs
- Solid people development and practice development skills
- Lead roles in proposal/business development activities
- Solid history of successful program management experience
- Experience selling and delivering multi-functional strategy programs to c-suite and business unit leaders and translating the resulting recommendations into a successful 'Phase 2' design and execution program
- Experience in working in a supervisory position on a minimum of three enterprise transformation strategy, business strategy, and/or operating model engagements
- Solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Project) skills
- Knowledge of standard project management requirements
- Prior consulting experience
- Cross industry experience
- Lead roles in knowledge capital development
- Lead roles in business development activities
- Proven track record in client relationship development
- Success selling or helping shape and propose on larger transformational programs of >$10M+ comprised of various work streams
- Success selling and delivering ($2M+ or $5M+ respectively) / year of strategy work
