Basic Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 5 years of  industry Finance experience
  


• 
  Minimum of 1 year of Finance assessment and transformation experience
  


• 
   Minimum 2 years of Consulting experience
  


• Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Masters Degree
  


• 
  CPA
  


• 
  Minimum 1 year experience analyzing the Finance function using quantitative (e.g. benchmarking) and qualitative methods (e.g. leading practices)
  


• 
  Minimum 1 year experience defining finance organization, talent, process, and system capabilities needed to meet challenges
  


• 
  Minimum 1 year experience structuring finance vision and transformation roadmap to make Finance a more efficient and effective business partner
  


• 
  Minimum of 1 year of consulting experience
  


• 
  Minimum of 1 year interacting with senior Finance leadership
  


• 
  
  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  
  


• 
  
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
