Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Finance and Accounting process knowledge


• Minimum of 3 years of Planning, Budgeting, and Management Reporting


• Minimum of 2 years of consulting and/or internal process improvement projects


• Minimum of 2 years of technology exposure (ideally as a technology user or implementer) with core ERP or niche tools (UI, PowerPlant, Hyperion, etc.)


• Minimum of 2 years Resources industry experience (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and/or Natural Resources)


• Bachelor's degree

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Experience in core finance processing


• Experience in other aspects of a Resources client's operations (in particular the work management and asset management functions)


• 
  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  


• 
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  

                
Professional Skills Requirements:

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member


• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
