Description
Basic Qualifications:
-
• 5+ years experience in design, configuration, implementation and process alignment with one or more of the following supply chain software solutions:
o Warehouse Management: Manhattan Associates, RedPrairie, High Jump, SAP EWM, Oracle
o Order Management:Sterling Commerce, Manhattan Associates, RedPriarie, SAP, Oracle
o Labor Management: Manhattan Associates, RedPrairie
• Demonstrate functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are completed properly.
• Bachelors degree - Preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics
• Consulting experience with a major firm a plus
Preferred Skills:
- • Experience defining, deploying, and sustaining operational improvements through the use of: strategic assessments and analysis, business process reengineering, organizational change, and technology implementations, preferably in a consulting environment with a large firm
• Extensive experience delivering superior results in at least one of the following functional areas:, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Planning and Management, Facility Layout Optimization, Labor Optimization, Network/Flow Path Optimization, and/or the Order to Cash cycle
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Retail, Consumer Products, Resources (Chemicals, Forest Products, Metals) and/or High Tech
Professional Skills: • Ability to develop, coordinate and implement project plans and timelines
• Excellent organization, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to compile and deliver provide executive-level status updates
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources
• Strong supervisory, coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 80%) is required.
