Description
Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Systems and Technology implementation (MES, EAM, Plant Data Acquisition Systems,…)

  • 2+ years leading continuous improvement events in Manufacturing environments

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of Lean practitioner experience

  • 1+ years experience leading Manufacturing Technology assessments


 
Preferred Skills:

  • Masters degree

  • Financial analysis skills

  • Change management skills

  • Implementation of Manufacturing Technology Systems in 3 or more companies

  • Conducted operational diagnostics

  • Business process management experience


Professional Skills:

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
