Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of operational excellence / continuous improvement

  • Led at least 3 Kaizen / Rapid improvement events

  • Minimum of 3 years of Lean practitioner experience

  • Bachelor's degree


Preferred Skills:

  • MBA

  • Financial analysis skills

  • Change management skills

  • Led over 10 Kaizen events across both operations and transactional

  • Conducted operational diagnostics

  • Business process management experience


Professional Skills:

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
