Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing IWMS solutions (e.g. TRIRIGA, Manhattan, Accruent, etc.) .


• Minimum 2 years of combined corporate real estate and real estate transformation consulting experience including corporate real estate facilities management experience (e.g. service delivery, outsourcing strategy, management and governance)


• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consulting experience and proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients


• Certificate in IWMS solution


• Strong understanding of and/or experience with ETL tools.


• Aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheets, flow charting and database applications.
