• Minimum 2 years of  Risk Management Experience in the Resources Industry
  
• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 2 years consulting experience within a Management Consulting Firm.
  
• Participation on the execution of the testing and implementation of new business processes.
  
• Minimum 3 years of working with ERM software and experience in applying finance-related computational techniques
  
• Minimum 3 years of interaction with management with a company's C- level suite 
  
• Experience with ERM Models, i.e. Monte Carlo, VaR, etc.
  
• MBA preferred
  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience within the Risk Management and/or Controls function of a Resources company
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
  
• Bachelor's degree, emphasis on business, finance, or economics preferred
  
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills                                                  
  
• High competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel))
