Description
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on, practical experience with service chain operations
- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience with service chain clients, or a minimum of 4 years of industry experience running service and support operations
- Minimum 2 years functional experience in one or more of the following areas: customer order management, field service logistics, spare parts planning and management, repair/maintenance/overhaul, asset management, returns and reverse logistics and warranty management.
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical skills and experience with data and quantitative analysis
- Experience with modeling tools such as Crystal Ball or advanced database and spreadsheet applications
- Experience in business communications, both written and oral
- Understanding of basic service business process flows and functional activities
- Experience with basic financial analysis such as capital budgeting and basic cost accounting
- Hands-on experience with traditional service frameworks and tools such as customer segmentation, inventory analysis, customer order analysis, failure analytics, and forecasting/scheduling analysis
- Preferable industries include Products (auto, IE, rail/transit) or High-Tech (consumer electronics)
- Willingness to travel up to 100%
