ACS University Lead - Mortgage Operations Job Listing at Accenture in Charlotte, NC

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of mortgage experience or experience training in the mortgage industry
2. Minimum 1 year of training delivery experience

3. Minimum 3 years of operations management experience or experience managing the training department for mortgage operations                                                                                                                                               

Preferred Skills:

1. Project Management
2. Operational Excellence/Process Improvement
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint

4. 100+ employee span of control

Professional Skill Requirements:

1. Can work in a fast paced environment
2. Has ability to learn the ACS business and identify areas of improvement
