Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in outsourcing/professional services

  • 3 years of experience in either finance and accounting, human resource administration, network BPO services or wealth management

  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, and/or proposal development roles

  • 2 years of experience with outsourcing, Solution Planning/Deal Shaping

  • Bachelor's degree
