Basic Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a professional services firm or industry 
  
• Bachelor's degree
  
• Minimum of 7 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience, specifically in HR
  
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA preferred
  
• Indirect/Services procurement background
  
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Strong customer service focus
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
  
• Ability to lead, motivate and support bigger vision with team members
  
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and be a part of creating and defining requirements for successful delivery
  
• Strong Client presence
  
• Ability to work in a shared service model requiring collaboration and team work
  
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
