  Experience with multiple Wireless Network Technologies - CDMA, GSM, EVDO, HSPA, LTE

  Device Management

  Foundational understanding of Service Oriented Architectures and Web Service Management

  Experience constructing project plans and apply project management techniques to delivery on commitments to the client

  Experience guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and action plan development using problem solving principles and past experiences
