Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of consulting experience


• 7 years of Communications / Telecommunications industry experience


• 7 years of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience


• Bachelors Degree


• MBA

Preferred Skills:

• Deep wireline telecommunications knowledge, understanding, and experience


• Experience working in the following wireline areas:  PSTN, Network Planning Engineering, Network Service Provisioning, Order Management, and Network Build


• Foundational understanding of BSS systems


• Understanding of limitations and capabilities of end user devices


• Proven ability to foster a team-oriented environment


• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


• Excellent leadership and management skills


• Proven track record delivering complex client projects at scale

Professional Skills Required:

• Proven ability to lead teams


• Proven thought leader and has industry and/or technology point of view


• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


• Excellent client presence and ability to interact with clients at all levels


• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, as gained through the completion of a first class MBA program

• Project delivery and project management experience


• Proven ability to lead proposal responses, orals, and client presentations


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
