Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree


• 3 years of package software implementation experience


• 3 years of SDLC experience (gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, training)

Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Project management of technology implementation


• Technologies and Processes for Marketing technologies such as Aprimo, Unica, MS Dynamics CRM, Epiphany, Siebel CRM or Salesforce.com


• Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation


• Technologies and Processes for Content Management Sytems, Digital asset management software, Web Content Management


• Technologies and Processes for Mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies


• Brand teams in executing marketing promotions or campaigns


• Managing onshore and offshore resources


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
