Basic Qualifications:
·         Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
·         5+ years developing software using C, C++, Java, scripting languages (Perl/Python/Ruby) or similar. This can be in the context of work, course work, or personal projects.
 
Preferred Skills: 
·         A desire to create valuable applications out of new technologies  
·         Participation in organizations and teams  
·         5+ years of experience in technical security, including system security, network security, threat and vulnerability management, security analysis and incident handling, application security, or data protection
·         Demonstrated understanding of hacker techniques, security vulnerabilities, and how they apply to threat models
·         Hands-on experience with data visualization, analytics tools/languages/libraries, or security analytics technologies
 

Professional Skill Requirements:  

• Experience in managing own work effort including time management, issue identification resolution, and status reporting
  
• Desire to work in an RD environment.
  
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  
• Base ability to establish credibility with clients and other team members
  
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
