Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree


• Minimum 4 years leading a team


• Minimum 5 years in a professional services firm


• Minimum 10 years strategic sourcing/procurement experience, specifically in the facilities and real estate services category

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and client service skills


• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills


• Proven leadership ability


• Deep strategic sourcing experience preferred in all of the following Facilities and Real Estate Services spend areas:
  
  o Full Outsource Integrated Real Estate Service Providers
  
  o General Facilities Maintenance
  
  o Janitorial Services
  
  o Security Services
  
  o Landscaping
  
  o Waste Management
  
  o Office Supplies
  
  o Mailroom Services
  
  o Food Services/Catering
  
  o Utilities/Energy Management


• Technical procurement background


• MBA preferred


• CPM and/or CPIM certification preferred


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
