Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience


• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role
  


• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Skills Requirements

• Good knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley


• Strong Excel skills


• Experience with Government Accounting


• Experience with Deltek Costpoint


• Experience with Microsoft Access


• Financial accounting experience including skills in reconciliation, invoice preparation, processing financial transactions, and preparing financial budgets


• Demonstrated supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization


• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member


• Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills
