Description
Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess or eligible to obtain a TS/SCI w/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance

  • Must have at least 1 year of development experience in the following areas: dimensional data modeling; Cognos 8 or 10 Framework Manager Metadata modeling; Cognos 8 or 10 Report Studio report development; strong SQL skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Technology, Accounting or Finance (can be substituted for more experience)               


Preferred Skills:

  • Accounting/Financial experience working within or supporting the DoD or other Federal Agency

  • Development experience in the following areas: ETL processes, PeopleSoft Financials or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

  • Business Intelligence data warehousing best practices (Kimball).


Professional Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills. 

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong presentation development and writing skills

  • Ability to organize and execute assigned tasks with moderate supervision
