Basic Qualifications:

• Possess or eligible to obtain a TS/SCI w/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance


• 3 years of development experience in the following areas: dimensional data modeling; extract, transform and load (ETL) processes


• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Technology, Accounting or Finance

 
Preferred Skills:

• Accounting/Financial experience working within or supporting a Federal Agency


• Development experience in the following areas: Ascential/Infosphere DataStage, PeopleSoft Financials or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Cognos Framework Manager/Report Studio

 
Professional Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills 


• Strong analytical skills


• Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g. proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)


• Ability to organize and execute assigned tasks with moderate supervision
