Basic Qualifications:
• Must be US Citizens and eligible to obtain TS/SCI Polygraph with Full Scope Clearance.
• Must have 4 years of bachelor degree or comparable experience preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 5 years experience with performance issue identification and performance tuning
• 5 years of DBA experience relating to PeopleSoft Architecture, Web/App Server Configuration, Maintenance, and/or UNIX. 
• 5 years of technical infrastructures experience including Client Server, Web Server, and Application Servers.
• 5 years experience with database management in ERP system environment (specifically PeopleSoft/Oracle)
• 1 year experience as a team lead overseeing a team, communicating with a client, managing workload and delivery schedules


 Preferred Skills:


• PeopleSoft Financial experience including Project Costing, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• PeopleSoft Supply Chain experience
• PeopleSoft HCM experience including Time Labor
• Accounting/Financial Experience working within or supporting DoD or Federal Intel Agency

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.  

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g. proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)
• Strong client facing skills and ability to interact at a high level with client leadership
