Description
Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Field Service solution architect including the functional process design of field service solutions

  • Minimum of 2 years experience using standard workforce management solutions packages (e.g.  ClickSoftware, Ventyx, TOA, 360 Scheduler or similar)

  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to travel 80% (Monday-Thursday)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience within the following industries:


    • Utilities (electricity, gas and water)

    • Fixed line and mobile telecoms

    • Logistics and transportation

    • Retail field service


    • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian



  • Functional Experience with any of the following:


    • Enterprise mobility

    • Process analysis and improvement experience

    • Sales force automation

    • Field force productivity and transformation

    • Business and cultural change in response to technology

    • Business case and requirements development.



  • Technology Experience with any of the following:


    • Mobile middleware and application platforms, e.g. Syclo, Sybase, Antenna (Dexterra)

    • Remote device management, security and content management, e.g. Sybase Afaria, B2M, Netmotion Wireless

    • Mobile devices, from laptops and tablets to Windows Mobile, iPhone, Android, RIM

    • Wireless network technologies, e.g. Wifi, 3G, Wi-Max, satellite.
