Qualifications:

• Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar degree required,


• MBA or Master's is preferred


• Minimum of 8 years experience with strategy mapping, benchmarking, balanced scorecard, dashboard implementation projects, and/or management reporting and analysis.


• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience


• Energy Industry Experience


• Proven record of successfully marketing and selling engagements in the scorecard, reporting and analytic solution domain.


• At least 2 years of experience with scorecard and reporting related technology and business acumen (e.g. Cognos, Business Objects, Hyperion)


• Excellent program/project management, analytical, communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem/issue resolution, and presentation skills


• TN1 Visa eligibility required

Preferred Skills:

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or CMA


• Deep experience with Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects, and other best of breed reporting and measurement tools.


• Experience with SVA analysis, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and other finance diagnostic methods.


• Experience working with a professional consulting firm


• Organizational design experience


• Outsourcing

Professional Skills:

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment


• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


• Strong interest in business strategy consulting.


• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
