Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• Minimum 8 years experience in a support role with Business Intelligence focused responsibilities 


• Minimum 5 years experience with one or more Top Tier Business Intelligence Tool


• Minimum 3 years with Top Tier Tool such as Informatica in large, complex Business Intelligence Reporting Environment


• Minimum 3 years experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analysis, problem solving skill, verbal and written communications are required


• Strong knowledge of computer systems, computer technologies and their relationship to business functions, practices and processes 


• Experience working within a variety of data environments utilitzing various tools


• Knowledge of java or web technologies is a plus


• Experience with dimensional modeling and data analysis (data profiling) for data warehouse development


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian 

Professional Skill Requirements:

·         Ability to work within a virtual team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects
·         Understanding of current events impacting the Financial Services Industry and implications on Financial Management.
·         Highly self motivated and directed with a strong customer service orientation plus keen attention to detail
·         Effective team management and leadership skills
