Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree


• Minimum of 5 years of custom application development and technical architecture in Java, .Net, Ruby and/or Force.com


• Minimum of 1 year of developing applications on Force.com and/or Salesforce.com


• Minimum of 3 years of Managing technical architecture and development teams

Preferred Skill Requirements:

• 
  Salesforce.com Technical Architect/ Senior Technical Architect Certification
  


• 
  Additional Salesforce.com Certifications (admin, sales, service, etc.)
  


• 
  Force.com Developer Certification
  


• 
  Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
  


• 
  Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design
  


• 
  Experience with Veeva, Oracle-Siebel, NetSuite, SAP or Workday
  


• 
  Customer relationship management (service, marketing and/or sales)
  


• 
  Agile and Iterative experience
  


• 
  Supervisory experience
  


• 
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  


• 
  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
