Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree


• 8 years of management consulting experience and 5+ years leading large scale digital technology strategy development, web analytics, eCommerce or CMS implementations, digital experience optimization engagements at a major Consulting firm


• 5 years of sales experience at C-suite executive level


• Strong digital (e.g., web, mobile, social) knowledge. Comfortable discussing digital trends, available options with at the VP and director levels at target clients


• 2 years of experience working in North America and in either Europe or Asia Pacific


• 1 year of Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets) experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with developing large scale global digital technology strategies for Fortune 500 clients


• Strong familiarity with Web 2.0 technologies such as social media, personalization and behavioral targeting as is relevant to digital solution ins Financial Services


• Strong understanding of portal technologies, web content management systems, web analytics, search technologies, social media, user management, multi-channel integration


• Significant experience in requirements gathering and defining enterprise digital architectures


• Experience working in digital development environments and applying digital development best practices


• Experience with (or minimum awareness of) marketing, analytics, user experience design, information architecture and agile web development processes


• Platform and Architecture technical skills and knowledge of emerging digital technologies/platforms


• 5 years specific Financial Services experience in product definition and development


• Successful record of achieving initial sales and follow on contracts


• Track record of over achieving vs. targets or sales quotas


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• 
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Must be a self starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment where self sufficiency is essential
