Description
Basic Qualifications 


  • Bachelor's degree


  • Minimum of 5 years experience re-designing HR processes/operating models and implementing HR technology solutions associated with these programs


  • Minimum of 2 years large scale consulting experience


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in 3 or more of the following HR processes: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Attendance/Labor, Performance Management, Employee Data Management, Succession Planning, Learning and Development, Recruitment or Workforce Planning


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Cloud technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, etc.


  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience leading teams reporting directly to you


  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience including project plan development and tracking


 
Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Cloud ERP (Workday, Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, etc.) design and implementation experience

  • Understanding of program design, development and administration of above programs

  • Understanding of how these programs act as levers to improve overall organization performance

  • Understanding of how these programs work together to maximize human performance

  • Understanding of how these programs link to the learning cycle

  • HR ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc) design and implementation experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Understanding of third party solutions and other administrative options (outsourcing, etc.) associated with these programs

  • Ability to converse with HR executives about issues facing HR/Payroll and potential solutions

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
