Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with ITIL oriented (operational or service management) tools- service desk, change, availability, and/or performance monitoring management.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:

- Tool and Software enablement for IT Services and Operations
- CA, BMC, HP, and Tivoli tool suites

- Tool enablement based on Capacity Modeling Planning

- Understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management
- Ability to utilize PowerPoint in proposal development
- Ability to produce documentation utilizing the MS Office Suite
- Broad understanding of ITIL V3 and its components
