Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in design and development with J2EE/JEE. 


• Minimum of 1 year work experience with at least 2 of the following:
  
  
  
  
  • Hibernate
  
  
  • Spring
  
  
  • Struts
  
  
  • OPA Rules
  
  
  • Other Rules Engines
  
  
  
  

 Additional Preferred Skills:

• 
  Minimum 3 years experience with software design patterns such as:  GoF
  


• Minimum 3 years experience with Open Source technologies such as:  SpringSource or Apache Foundation  


• Experience developing large scale IT applications and deliverables throughout development life cycle.


• 
  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  


• 
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
