Description
Basic Qualifications: 
 
100% travel is required

  • Minimum of 3 years custom development experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with object oriented programming (preferably Java)

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with architecture design skills

  • Minimum of 3 years previous consulting and/or client service delivery experience

  • Bachelor's Degree  


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with various software development methodologies including Agile, RUP and Waterfall

  • Experience with software frameworks such as Spring, Struts, and Hibernate

  • Experience with software development estimating techniques

  • Experience with system testing and validation experience

  • Experience with build and migration experience

  • Experience with technical deployment and roll-out support 


  • Eagerness to contribute in a team oriented environment


  • Strong Communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment


  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
