  Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience within a Consulting Organization in:
  
  
  
  
  • Procurement Leadership
  
  
  • Procurement Transformation or equivalent procurement strategy experience
  
  
  • Strategic Sourcing
  
  
  • Internal and external procurement regulations
  
  
  
  


• Ability to travel up to 100%


• Bachelor's degree

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Experience within the Life Sciences industry


• Global Sourcing Procurement Transformation Strategy (Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management In sourcing/Outsourcing, Rationalization, Organization re-design).


• Experience using/implementing Procurement IT solutions (e.g. Ariba, Emptoris, SAP, etc.)


• Proven ability to sell and deliver client results


• Strategic thinking skills


• Analytical thinking skills


• Meeting and workshop facilitation skills

Professional Skills Required:

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member


• C-Suite Executive Presence


• Leadership and people development skills


• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
