Consulting, Business Development/Sales

 Basis Qualifications: 

• 3+ years HIT and/or Care Optimization consulting experience for a medium - large consulting environment for large, complex provider healthcare clients


• 3+ years' experience in a complex provider healthcare environment/ Integrated Delivery Network  (large hospital system and/or multi-site hospital organization)


• 3+ years' experience advising complex, multi-team HIT or Care Optimization Projects


• Bachelor's degree


• Travel 75%-100% 

Preferred Experience: 

• Masters in Science in Healthcare Informatics


• Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships


• Recent experience advising complex HIT projects at an Integrated Delivery Network


• Experience as a CMIO or Clinician champion on an EMR implementation project


• Epic experience


• Deep knowledge of the provider healthcare market


• Deep knowledge about future care delivery models including: Patient Centered Medical Homes and Accountable Care Organizations


• Knowledge about healthcare regulatory reporting and compliance


• Executive level presence 


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
