Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications: 

• 5+ years consulting experience


• 10+ years experience of PACS / RIS, including implementation (multiple vendors preferable)


• 10+ years of radiology departmental workflow


• 3+ years to perform pre-sales support for the medical imaging business by assessing customer requirements, developing specifications, designing solutions and supporting the overall sales


• 3+ years experience and conversant with state-wide HIE architecture and workflows tied to clinical data repositories, such as Orion


• 3+ years experience with enterprise level medical imaging design and configuration to include Radiology, Cardiology, Digital Pathology, Endoscopy applications and workflows


• Bachelor's Degree


• Travel Requirement: 80% - 100%  

Preferred Qualifications: 
 

• Experience with ancillary document imaging workflow


• Deep understanding of technical aspects of related infrastructure, networks (WAN and local)


• Familiarity with the customer setting in both the hospital as well as ambulatory environments


• Subject matter expertise in DICOM, PACS, HL7 interfaces, Vendor Neutral Archives


• Experience managing a radiology department


• Understanding of regulatory changes that will  have an impact on medical imaging as related to radiology


• Understanding  clinical, technical and business needs of a radiology department


• Understanding of the use of analytics within Radiology


• Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational skills.


• Strong facilitation and communication skills


• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
