Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 year University Degree
  
• 5 years of mobility experience and understanding
  
• 3 years of sales related experience including client interaction 
  
• Ability to travel up to 50% 

  
Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree
  
• 3 years of experience in one of the following Energy, Chemicals/Natural Resources or Utilities
  
• Understanding of Accenture (how we operate go to market)
  
• Self-motivated, go-getter, quick study

Professional Skills Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in primary Resources functions, with depth in 1-2 specific CSGs
  
• Understanding of the industry landscape (key clients, trends and challenges in the industry)
  
• Good Sales potential (identify/create leads, qualify, develop value prop, develop sales materials, credible/confident in front of account teams and clients, ability to prioritize and identify winning opportunities)
  
• Ability to work on a team, support other CSGs as needed 
  
• 
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  
• 
  Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting; either military or civilian
